When writing your question please ensure that you:

• Express your question clearly
• Explain why you feel your question or the issue you raise is important
• Describe the impact of the question or issue on you and/or others 
• Use hyperlinks to reference any documents/posts you mention.

We will do our best to respond to you within 14 days of receiving your form. If we are unable to provide you with a full response within this timescale we will send you a holding reply. It may not always be possible to give you a full reply but we will let you know if this is the case.

We reserve the right to edit and publish any question submitted by a member if the question and its answer might be of interest to other members. We will of course maintain your anonymity if you ask us to.
