Katie holds British and Portuguese nationalities. After graduating from the University of Coimbra, she remained in the UK to pursue a career as a freelance interpreter and teacher of Portuguese and English. She is DPSI and CELTA qualified, a Fellow of the ITI and a Chartered Linguist.
Katie has recently branched out to tour guiding in her languages, and is a founding member of the award-winning SeeSouthampton tour guiding association.
European & Brazilian Portuguese. NRPSI: Full Status. I specialise in Law, Local Government and Business. I have extensive experience in PSI (mainly in Police & Court interpreting), and business interpreting and telephone interpreting.
