ITI Kent and Sussex is a small, friendly network of around 40 translators and interpreters living in Sussex, Kent and beyond - basically anywhere within reach of the geographical area between and around the North and South Downs. We also welcome translation and interpreting students and staff.

Philippa Hammond
Philippa runs a small translation, copy-editing and rewriting business. She speaks French, Spanish and Portuguese and works in English. She has been in the translation industry since 2004, when she started out in-house, and has run her own business since 2008.
Philippa specialises in the international development, education, policy and governance fields, and works mainly with boutique agencies, INGOs, non-profits and small businesses on stakeholder-facing materials.
Philippa lives in a small village near Horsham, West Sussex, with her husband, two children, dog and two cats (she likes pets!).
