Embrace reflective practice and reap the benefits.

In today's rapidly evolving language services industry, the ability to reflect and learn from our experiences is more crucial than ever. This one-hour course will equip you with the tools and techniques to make reflective practice an integral part of your professional life, enhancing your skills, decision-making, and overall career satisfaction.

Reflective practice is the process of thinking critically about your experiences, actions, and decisions with the aim of learning from them and then using the insights to improve your professional practice in the future. It can be applied to an aspect of your work, a specific assignment or to a training activity and using the techniques on a regular basis will help you assess and improve your performance as a translator or interpreter.
