A 3-hour transcreation and copywriting workshop for English to Italian translators.
During this three-hour workshop hosted by Floriana Grieco, attendees will start by looking at examples of English marketing texts, analyse their TOV and a brief to prepare for their transcreation.
The second hour will focus on transcreation: attendees will choose one of the texts and work in groups to create possible transcreations, as guided by Floriana.
Attendees will then draft copy for an event linked to the transcreation, using the preparation and TOV of the transcreated text as the perfect starting point for this copywriting exercise.
Please note: This session will be held in Italian and is only suitable for those working from English into Italian.
