ITI’s Dutch Network and SENSE are pleased to join forces and support the Utrecht Unconference, which will be an all day event on Saturday 9 November at In De Ruimte, an inspiring location on the Oudegracht in the heart of Utrecht.
Following the model of the Cardiff Translation Unconference, the event focuses on harnessing the collective experience and expertise of all attendees rather than a single presenter. The Utrecht Unconference is aimed specifically at editors, translators and interpreters, who can suggest a topic for discussion (in English or Dutch) which attendees then vote on. The most popular topics, which can be anything related to your practice, are then discussed as a group. Facilitators will be on hand to make sure the conversation flows and everyone gets as much out of the experience as possible.
The day price, including refreshments, lunch and a borrel (drinks reception), will be €99. Registration will open in the early summer.
