Carola Lange is the co-founder and committee member of the ITI Neurodiversity Network. She was formally diagnosed as autistic in 2015, and identifies as AuDHD.
Carola originally trained as a medical secretary in 1980s. She went on to work in the medical device industy and gained a masters qualification in synthetic organic chemistry.
Carola is a German and English bilingual technical sales and marketing professional, and has been working as a freelance translator since 2015. She specialises in life sciences, pharma and medical device documents.
