Working as a freelance translator or interpreter can sometimes feel isolating, lonely and stressful, so it's vital you look after your mental health in the same way you would your physical health. In this webinar we will be exploring the latest advancements in integrative and holistic approaches to mental health care to help support your wellbeing.

The landscape of mental health care is evolving due to breakthroughs in research regarding brain health, nutrition science and the interaction between gut health and mental health. Alternative approaches to traditional treatments are gaining popularity due to their non-invasive nature and high-success rates. This webinar will examine these approaches and participants will discover:

  • Emerging perspectives and theories in the field of mental health
  • Inter-disciplinary approaches in mental health treatments
  • Key terminology, definitions and practical application of how some of these approaches work
  • An insight into other non-invasive therapies, such as yoga therapy and sound therapy.

The webinar will end with a Q&A session, followed by a guided relaxation (time permitting).
