ITI's Wise Award Winners
This Christmas, we bring you three gifts...
At our member-exclusive Christmas event this year we bring you three gifts: the time, knowledge and experience of some of the profession's top practitioners. Over the course of the day, we will be hosting six panel sessions, each featuring previous winners of one of the ITI Award categories. Our wise winners will share their knowledge and experience of translation and interpreting and of the market place.
Attend for the whole day, or dip in and out as you wish. The recordings will be available afterwards, allowing you to catch up with anything you miss on the day. At lunchtime there will be an informal, online networking session in Wonder. You will be able to meet up with friends old and new, and make new connections.
Supporting the ITI Bursary fund
The cost for this event is just £20 + VAT for six hours of high-quality CPD.
All money raised will go to our bursary fund which helps ITI members who are just starting out in their careers attend an ITI conference in person for the first time.
The morning programme will comprise:
Winners of the John Hayes prize for excellence
Members who have in the past achieved the best result for the MITI translation assessment will discuss what they understand by a professional approach to translation and will share their tips for tackling the MITI assessment.

Members who have in the past attained the best result for the MITI interpreting assessment will share their tips on how to overcome challenges when interpreting and how to remain professional no matter what course the assignment takes.

Previous winners of ITI's corporate award share what they are doing to prepare their business for the future and how freelancers can also prepare and adapt for challenges ahead.
