Meet the Client - Get into audiovisual translation
LRG's annual ‘Meet the Client’ event returns to the University of Westminster in March. It offers student and graduate translators and interpreters, as well as established professionals, an unparalleled opportunity to hear from and speak directly with translation and interpreting company representatives working in audiovisual translation, listen to their advice on entering the profession, contacting and creating a lasting relationship with translation companies, exploring new subject areas, expanding your skill set, extending your client base.
LRG welcome back panellists from previous years and some new panellists.
After initial presentations from the panel and a Q&A session, participants will form small groups and meet informally with the speakers so they can talk more informally, ask questions and share ideas with fellow participants. The speakers will talk to each of the groups in turn.
The evening will end with a plenary session and reporting back and will end at 9.00-9.30pm.
