Thinking about becoming a mentor but not sure where to start?
In this masterclass, Fiona will help you take the first steps on your own mentoring journey.
Mentoring is a rewarding way to give back to the profession by helping other translators develop their skills and take their business to the next level and it’s amazing what you learn along the way that will help improve your own business.
There’s no need to worry about not having enough experience to become a mentor. Fiona is on a mission to encourage as many translators as possible to get involved with mentoring by joining existing mentoring programmes, setting up their own mentoring schemes or establishing informal mentoring relationships depending on the stage you’re at in your career. It’s time to say goodbye to that impostor syndrome!
Based on her experience of setting up her own translation mentoring scheme and feedback from her previous mentees, Fiona is here to answer any questions you may have about mentoring…
This masterclass will give you the guidance and motivation you need to make a difference with mentoring.
