Welcome to our next Winter Workshop! The ITI Spanish Network will run a series of workshops on climate change adaptation, energy transition, and ecofeminism.
The event will be divided into two parts. The first part will be held on the 7th February 2025 at 15:30-17:00 (GMT). The second part will be held on the 11th February 2025 at 10:00-11:30 (GMT).
Our first speaker is Álvaro Rodríguez, Spanish Coordinator for The Climate Reality Project.
Our second speaker is Marina Torruella, a UK-based translator and subtitler working with Japanese, English, Catalan, and Spanish. Please find attached their bios.
We will have the chance to listen to Álvaro, an expert in the industry with experience as a consultant for international organisations such as the IAEA or the BIR. This will be followed by a practice session with Marina for EN>ES translators who are eager to learn more about ecofeminism and climate change.
Both events will be conducted in Spanish. The first event will be recorded and available to attendees.
